What is the minimum loan amount?
We are currently offering ITIN financing for loan amounts over $75,000.
How much is the down payment requirement?
A minimum 15% down payment option may be available if a borrower has 5 tradelines that have been opened for 12+ months and a minimum limit of $5K on them. Housing can be one of the tradelines.
With 25% down payment, no tradelines or credit scores are necessary for qualification.
When gift funds are being used, the minimum down payment is 20%.
What documents are typically required?
Most recent federal tax return, one year of income documentation, copy of your ITIN letter, valid government issued photo ID, proof of six months housing payments, proof of funds to close and statements showing funds for the past 60 days.
What types of properties are eligible?
Most types of single family homes, 2-4 unit properties, condos, townhouses, modular homes, and manufactured homes on permanent foundations. Mimimum loan amount is $75K.
